We take full dedication for your litter, no over crowding whatsoever. We are a 3 person team, each with a max of 1 litters each. This insures that no litter gets neglected and gets full attention, 24 Hour day care, guaranteed.
We have 24/7 Live Camera recording with access to the camera live feed. This ensures extra protection for us and you. You can take a peek at your litter whenever you can, and we also will take any calls, texts and emails with any questions regarding your litter. We will answer 24/7 with any questions you may have.
We use top of the line equipment, from clean sterile single use items such as syringes, gloves, towels and other items. We use the most, commonly, safe to use medicine and supplements, nebulizer machines for medicine administration for puppies too young for oral or injections. We have oxygen machines to assist puppies with breathing difficulties, and other breathing related problems. Dedicated whelping boxes, multiple daily pad changes, and disinfection methods to ensure your puppies stay healthy and away from any harmful bacteria or viruses.
We do daily weighting of puppies, daily dehydration checks to ensure your litter is hydrated. We do weekly health checks to make sure litters are healthy and doing well. Weekly pictures and health reports with owners if asked.
We professionaly handle any problems that arise, with prompt reporting to owner of litter. We not lose litters, because we don’t take more litters that we can handle. We are a 3 person team, this ensures that you have full eyes on your litter 24/7 at all times. We have extensive knowledge for what we do, and we are always trying to improve ourselves with any new information or technique that becomes available over time. We take pride in what we do.
We do have protocals such as frequent hand washes, sterilization of items with our steam machine. We do not go outside often, and if we do, we insure we clean ourselves/change before handling your litter. We are aware of malicious viruses like parvo virus, coccidia, and gardia. Nasty viruses, that we hate with a passion. We ensure we keep your litter safe and free of such viruses. We do daily sanitation and weekly intensive sanitation procedures.
